August 2025 – Present
– Founded and lead Queer Film Collective LA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting and uplifting LGBTQ+ filmmakers through community building, programming, and creative opportunities.
– Built and manage organizational strategy, partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and board leadership while overseeing events, filmmaker spotlights, and community engagement efforts.
– Drive mission-aligned growth by developing sustainable programs, expanding access for queer and trans storytellers, and creating infrastructure to support long-term impact in the film and media industry.

– Led a team of three members in developing specialized programming tailored to meet the needs of The Los Angeles Film School alumni.
– Collaborated closely with faculty advisors to plan and execute a large annual alumni event, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful outcomes.
– Actively participated in monthly and quarterly meetings, assisting other committees as needed and contributing to resume-building initiatives to support alumni career growth.

– Spearheaded the planning, promotion, and execution of events for the honor society, leading a team of three members to success.
